THE WANDERING VINE TRAVEL LLC – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: October 16, 2025
INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between The Wandering Vine Travel LLC (“WVT” and/or “we/us/our”) and you, the purchaser or traveler (“Client” and “passenger” and “you/your”).
By planning travel with The Wandering Vine Travel LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that WVT acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services (“Supplier(s)”). WVT is not the source or provider of the travel services.
These Terms include warranties, disclaimers, and exclusions of liability that may restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to WVT.
USE OF THE WANDERING VINE TRAVEL LLC SERVICES, ACCESS AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS
You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to make travel bookings with WVT. You agree to be financially responsible for all bookings made with us, whether on behalf of yourself or others. You warrant that all information supplied by you is true and accurate, and that you will only make legitimate reservations.
WVT accepts all bookings solely as the booking agent for the travel Suppliers on your itinerary. Separate Supplier terms and conditions apply to your reservations, and by booking travel through WVT, you also agree to those Supplier terms.
WVT is not responsible for any arrangements made independently of our agency. This includes flights, hotels, excursions, or insurance booked on your own. Frequent flyer points or loyalty rewards may not apply to bookings made through WVT.
RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS AND OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to adjust pricing as needed. All offers, promotions, and Supplier incentives are subject to availability and may change without notice.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising from your travel bookings. By submitting a credit card authorization form, you authorize WVT to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf.
All payments are due in accordance with each Supplier’s terms. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of funds. Many bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. All cancellation and change requests must be made in writing to WVT. Supplier penalties and fees will apply.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid travel documents, including passports and visas, as required by applicable law. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
The name on your travel documents must exactly match your booking. WVT is not responsible for costs incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete traveler information.
Please review your documents upon receipt and notify WVT within 24 hours of any errors.
ENTRY, HEALTH, AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for meeting all entry, vaccination, and health requirements for your destination(s). Please consult official government resources such as:
WVT is not responsible for denial of entry or costs associated with failure to comply with government requirements.
RISKS AND SAFETY
Travel involves inherent risks. WVT strongly recommends reviewing travel advisories and enrolling in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).
By booking travel through WVT, you acknowledge that travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk and agree to assume such risks at your own discretion.
AIR TRAVEL AND FLIGHT POLICIES
Your airline ticket constitutes a contract between you and the air carrier. WVT is not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions by airlines, including schedule changes, cancellations, or baggage fees.
Travelers should reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to domestic travel and 72 hours before international travel.
LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Wandering Vine Travel LLC acts solely as an agent for Suppliers and does not control their operations. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from acts or omissions by any Supplier.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of commission or fees actually received by WVT for your booking.
FORCE MAJEURE
WVT is not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, natural disaster, or government actions.
The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen disruptions.
CLIENT CONDUCT
Clients are expected to behave responsibly during travel. WVT and its Suppliers reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior endangers others or disrupts operations, without refund.
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your actions and agree to indemnify WVT for any related claims or expenses.
CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS
Prices are subject to change based on exchange rates. WVT is not responsible for foreign transaction fees or surcharges imposed by your bank or credit card provider.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
WVT offers access to travel insurance options to protect you and your investment. Unless noted otherwise, insurance is not included in trip costs.
Without insurance, you understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, or medical emergencies may result in financial loss. WVT is not an insurance broker and cannot guarantee coverage decisions by insurance providers.
